How to Become a IT Specialist?

 This tip is very important. Regardless of your IT career choices, become an  expert!  The world is full of  generalists , people who know a little about everything or may even know a lot about various subjects, but you   will never be better than an expert.

The specialist will always take your place, your business, your client, because he  knows more than you , as he only does this he has more experience, he has made more mistakes and knows things that many do not know.

So if you choose a certain area, stay focused, study everything that exists, do work in the most diverse situations and environments on the subject.

Graduate to the subject, take the top courses, take certifications, become friends with the guys in the field, participate in groups, events, master the subject like no one else.

If you are the  ninja  in your area, make no mistake, because you:

It will be easier to work;

It will be a better option than most competitors;

It will be more valued than professionals in the same area;

You will learn the news more quickly and easily;

You can charge more;

It will have a high level of employability;

Etc.

Anyway, being an  expert  can be easier than learning a little of each thing and having to keep up with all the innovations that happen.

Stay focused and become the best!

Make Certification

If you chose to be an employee, you will need to get certified. Even though IT is not so popular anymore, the market is full of  pseudo-  IT experts and the curriculum accepts anything and everyone is a beast in what the job requires.

Therefore, it is necessary to separate the wheat from the chaff and certification is a good option, as it is  proof  of your knowledge.

And if you follow  tip 5  you will have no problems, just go up the certifications until you receive your “Expert” certificate.

The Information security engineer should work in collaboration with the information security team to offer support to security tools and technologies such as firewall, proxy server, remote access, and others.

Extra tip: do not do certifications just to flourish the curriculum! If the position you aspire to  requires  certification is why you need to have the  knowledge,  not just the certificate.

I know there are HR companies that demand absurdities that are often unnecessary to fill vacancies with  meager salaries.  But believe me, this filter works and there will always be professionals who somehow “fulfill” the requirements and are willing to  accept the salary .

In this case, it is unprepared by company recruiters, but this has been corrected with new HR software and recruitment outsourcing.
